Cancellation Policy

At Revival Hair Solutions, we understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice so that we can accommodate other clients.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or failure to show up for your appointment, will be considered a "late cancellation" or "no-show."
    • For late cancellations and no-shows, a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price may be charged at the discretion of the stylist/practitioner.
  • Repeat Offenders: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to prepay for future services or may be refused future bookings.
  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an emergency that prevents you from giving 24 hours' notice. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may credit your account the cancellation fees collected at the sole discretion of your stylist/practitioner.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We value your business and look forward to serving you.

Credit Card Chargeback Policy

At Revival Hair Solutions, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure your satisfaction. However, in the event of a dispute regarding a charge on your credit card, we have established the following chargeback policy:

  1. Communication: We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or issues regarding your charges before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Open communication allows us to address your concerns promptly and find a satisfactory solution.

  1. Chargeback Investigation: If you initiate a chargeback, we will investigate the claim thoroughly and provide evidence to support the validity of the charge. This evidence may include service records, appointment confirmations, signed agreements, and any other relevant documentation.

  1. Chargeback Fees: Please be aware that chargebacks can incur fees imposed by credit card companies. If a chargeback is determined to be invalid or fraudulent, you may be responsible for these fees.

  1. Service Refusal: In cases of excessive or fraudulent chargebacks, Revival Hair Solutions reserves the right to refuse future services to the cardholder.

  1. Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If a chargeback is deemed valid, we will promptly issue a refund or credit to your account.

Remember: Chargebacks should be used as a last resort after exhausting all other communication and resolution options with Revival Hair Solutions. We value your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.
